![]() BIOGRAPHY As soon as she was able to rip up the slopes, Kloser was headed right for the bumps and jumps. Six years after her introduction to skiing, she entered her first moguls competition at the age of seven. Kloser tore into her World Cup rookie season in 2010 with four consecutive top-15 finishes, earning her the FIS World Cup women’s moguls Rookie of the Year title. Four NorAm podiums including two wins then sealed the overall title. As a U.S. Ski Team sophomore, she hauled in three World Cup top-10 finishes and added a bronze medal in duals at U.S. National Championships. In 2012, Kloser notched a career high fourth-place World Cup result on home snow in Deer Valley along with another top-ten result to make the World Cup top 20 in the season standings. HIEDI SAYS I am really looking forward to being able to ski again since my season got cut short in 2012. I am also looking forward to the World Championships. Hopefully I will make it and be able to better than I did 2011. Also, I just want to keep improving my skiing and such to prepare for the 2014 Olympics. FIRST TRACKS OFF THE SNOW |
